Welcome to your first driving lesson with

Every lesson is designed for you, regardless of your experience and personal characteristics.

Your Instructor’s job is to keep you safe while you learn and practice your driving tasks.

In preparation for, and to save time during your first lesson, do your best to action these items:

Send a photo of your Victorian Learner Permit or International Drivers Licence to me at 0403152086 or paul@doorsdrivertraining.com.au
If you’re under 21, setup up the Vicroads myLearners App on your mobile device to log your driving hours. Add me as a supervisor using email: paul@doorsdrivertraining.com.au
Have a read of the full Terms & Conditions. When taking driving lessons, you automatically accept these Terms & Conditions, whether you’ve read them or not.

What to bring to your lesson:

Payment for the lesson, cards or cash accepted.
Your Learner Permit, must be current and valid, not suspended.
If required, eyeglasses or corrective lenses for good long- and short- distance vision. If unsure, check with your optometrist about your eyesight for safe driving.
Mobile phone with myLearners App. Mobile phones must be on silent during the lesson to avoid distraction. They can be used for important calls or messages when the car is parked safely.
Comfortable clothing and footwear, closed-toe flat-soled shoes are recommended.
A desire to learn and be challenged. Driving is fun and rewarding but requires a good attitude to road safety.
Your parent or supervisor is more than welcome to attend the lesson. This can be valuable to see where your skills are at, and pickup useful training tips for your own supervised driving hours.

Also:

Dashcam video and audio is recorded during lessons and tests, for safety, training, coaching, and insurance purposes.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, 12 hours notice is required to avoid a cancellation fee. If you booked via ezlicence, they require 24 hours notice to avoid cancellation fee.
