Demonstrate the ability to steer a vehicle in a forward direction.

1. Seated with lower back supported and arms slightly bent when hands are on the steering wheel.
2. Maintains two hands on the wheel unless operating other controls.
3. Applies smooth steering movements.
4. Positions hands at ‘quarter to 3’.
5. Demonstrates hand-over-hand steering method.
6. Demonstrates push-pull steering method.

Steers vehicle over selected course using safe, effective steering technique.
